wonderful hotel, great location, just a few minutes to the center and the ski bus stop, and for its guests, the hotel has organized transportation by special shuttle bus to the glacier and back.
The environment is very friendly, from the reception to the maids, the waiters are very cordial, especially the waiter Edi.
The wellness area is extremely beautiful and well equipped and organized, as is the swimming pool.
The hotel is very clean and the rooms are cleaned every day and the towels are changed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with everything necessary and even a special set of accessories. The rooms are spacious and the balcony is nice.
The food is varied, for breakfast an excellent and abundant buffet, dinner in courses, afternoon snacks are nice cakes, soup, tea....
Special thanks to Cornelia from the reception because she solved the problem of changing the skis very successfully and quickly. Yes, the ski room is big enough and tidy.

This was our 3rd visit and again wasn't disappointed. The weather was fab. The food was excellent. Our room was beautiful and well serviced. And the staff fell over backwards to look after us. I had a full body massage paid for by my daughter and partner and it was divine. As was the spa. Thank you all. 😊
